Joseph Morse is a part-time Law Clerk while attending New England Law as a third-year evening student where he is a Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review.  Additionally, Joseph works for National Grid as a Regulatory Analyst and has extensive experience working with regulatory agencies in the energy and utilities industry.

Joseph is a community member of the Harvard Mediation Program and mediates disputes in Massachusetts District courts periodically throughout the year.

Joseph has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and an M.A. in Agribusiness from Washington State University. He enjoys cooking, discussing energy policy, and spending time with his wife and three children.
